Star E.D.U. Co., Ltd. is the exclusive
Thai licensee for Kaplan, the world leader in test preparation company in the US. We offer test prep. courses for iBT TOEFL, SAT, GMAT, GRE, USMLE, NCLEX and IELTS. We are hiring more full/part time teacher, marketing officer, sales executive, customer service and management support, and student experience officer for our 3 branches: Siam Square, Emporium and Central Ladprao.

Experienced Full / Part Time Teacher

Qualification:

- Thai and Native English Speakers (USA, CAN, UK, and AUS)
- Graduates of top-ranked universities with exceptionally high scores on standardized tests such as TOEFL, SAT, GMAT, GRE or IELTS
- Excellent communication skills to teach test prep. courses
- Possess an ESL, EFL, ESP, CELTA, certificate or equivalent
- Have a strong desire to improve students' English abilities

- Those with test prep. experiences will receive special consideration
- Former IELTS certified examiner experience is a plus for IELTS courses

- Only shortlisted candidates will be informed

Marketing Officers

General Qualification:

- Thai nationality age between 20 -27 years old, Bachelor Degree GPA above 2.7
- Strong service minded, well-organized, self-motivated, flexible, hard working, positive attitude
- A good problem solver, excellent communication skill, computer literate and good command of English

- Experienced in computer graphic programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop preferred

Sales Executive

The candidates are expected to be highly proficient, and results driven, with tremendous sales and people skills.The candidates will be responsible for giving advice regarding the company’s test preparation courses as well as information about the standardized tests to customers that call or come into our centers.The candidates will also be responsible for following up and guiding customers through the enrollment process.

General Qualification:

- Male or Female, Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field
- Having minimum 1 years sales experience will be an advantage
- Passionate, energetic, confident, and committed to deliver
  results as promised
- Good command of spoken and written in English, and computer
  literate
- Friendly, with good interpersonal and team work skills
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and instinct for revenue-generating
  activities

Customer Service & Management Support Officers

The candidates are expected to have a strong customer service focus and be highly creative. The candidates will be responsible for providing information, giving advice regarding the company’s test preparation courses as well as information about the standardized tests to customers.

The candidates will also be responsible for improving operations, creating class schedules, coordinating and supporting teachers and teams in enhancing customers’ satisfaction and company performance.


General Qualification:

- Male or Female, Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Having minimum 1 years customer services experience will be
  an advantage
- Strong service minded, positive attitude and self motivated
- Polite, presentable, with good interpersonal and team-work skills
- Open-minded, hardworking, well-organized

- Enjoys initiating new ideas and taking them to action
- A good problem solver, a team player and able to work
  independently
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Pro-active thinker in operational matters
